20–39 (Watch) Early signs of humidity/ventilation issues. Schedule remote check. Review fan performance.
40–59 (Elevated) Sustained RH >80% or poor margin. Investigate within 10 working days. Log findings.
60–79 (High) Surface temperatures near dew-point. Poor ventilation. Inspect within 48h. Apply interim works (fans, dehumidifiers).
80–100 (Critical) Active condensation or mould onset imminent. Attend within 24h. If unresolved, provide alternative accommodation.
